decent variety of machines, etc. I am very concerned about the sanitary conditions. I saw what was obviously vomit on base of an elliptical and mentioned it to three different managers/workers over a 2 1/2 week period. Nothing changed, and, in fact, there was MORE on it last Monday! HOW DISGUSTING! Many of the other machines (elliptical and bikes) are filthy also. Finally last Monday, mgr. Tony and worker Jovon did something (cleaned all the machines) as soon as I talked to them. talked to Tony (mgr) who had Jovon clean it ----FINALLY. I like coming here, but am seriously having doubts about continuing because of the filth.

This place is unsanitary.People everyday do not wipe off equipment after each which is required.I talked with managers and got no where.They say they cant be on the floor all the time and want me to tell them.Why should I tell them to do thier own job???I asked about talking to the CEO of club fitness.I was told there is none.I asked who pays you?I was told they dont know.Something fishy here.If you want to sit in someone elses sweat,this is the place to go!!!

My spouse had a membership in which was terminated early because of lack of time and money. We did all the proper procedures to end the contract. Low and behold over a year later they hit our account for a substantial amount. We tracked the owner down and she writes us a check to cover the amount taken out. Wait here's the real kicker the freakin thing bounced! So we're still short plus the extra ten dollars for a service fee! As of now we're waiting on a new check via mail. Wonder how many days will pass before we see our money. In closing this is just bad business. If the owner would resolving this with in 24hrs I might give them another star we'll see

Horrible customer service. I went in to join and the girl looked at me and told me i probably wouldn't want to because there is a sign up fee. She assumed i couldn't afford it. I joined anyway. I went back to upgrade. Only a manager can do this. It took 7 trips to the gym to get a hold of a manager in spite of being assured one would be there. Apparently, long lunches, running errands, and leaving early to avoid serving customers is ok for these managers. I am now 6 months pregnant and have a dr. note to suspend my membership except i haven't been able to get a hold of a manager to do this. I would rather pay more at another gym for better customer service.

Great gym until it comes to the Customer Service. Claim to be military and LE friendly. They are friendly as long as you pay the $50 Early Termination Fee. No matter what the circumstances. Hope no one ever has to move.

No there actually was a mold infestation for your information. And the owner is a corrupt jerk that only cares about his money and has also commented that he hates black people.

I apologize for the previous review I gave. That was a bit harsh and I am so sorry. There is not a mold infestation I was blowing the little bit out of proportion. There were some mis understandings, but it isnt a bad gym. Very understanding people who helped with the situation I was having with them. The classes are really great! Love body pump I go every monday now! Again I feel so awful about my first comment. I didnt mean to write such a bad review and I wish I could take it back.
