WORST COMPANY EVER. I have yet to have a pleasant conversation with them. It took me a month to set up an account. They told me I had to do something by law but I couldn't find any such federal or state laws that confirmed what they were telling me. I called 5 other propane companies to try and find out law Carl King was referring to. Not one of them could tell me.



I learned that the propane tanks in my yard were essentially bombs. They were not properly grounded. If my house was struck by lightening, the propane tanks could explode. It had been this way for a year and none of the delivery guys or previous techs told my landlord!!



Deliveries are not timely!!!!! I gave them one star because no stars is apparently not an option.

I used this company because they were able to come out the same day. The initial price was a bit high but I stuck with them because they were available. Setting up my account took an hour and I had to call them back. The tech arrived timely and was great. My fix required a part. I called them repeatedly to check on my part. I was told they would come out next day when pRt arrived. When I called for part, they had to track it down and then I was told they would be out in a week. When I asked why I was told they had other customers that were scheduled. I asked when that happened and was told a week ago. I asked why I wasnt told that when I called earlier and was told they should have. They offered a window unit. I asked why that wasnt offered initially and was told they should have. When I spoke to a supervisor I was given an apology but confirmed they were booked. I was then told they might have an available slot. Then magically they could come out first thing in am. The tech was great and the fix worked. I was charged 4 hours labor for a 1.5 hr job. If I would have known the customer service was this bad I would have used another company.

Awesome company to deal with. I live at the beach and they are very timely and the best prices I could find!

They were very slow with setting up my new account. Talked very nasty to me. Overpriced for sure! Very rude and none of them had any compassion for my family being in the freezing cold! Will never go through Carl King again, just been more inconvenient then anything.
