I was at inner harbour in 2000 for 6 weeks, it was a nightmare. They treated us like convicts not troubled kids. More than once someone had an "episode" and the staff beat them up before taking them to the padded room. They pushed me around too, I'd seen enough to know not to push my luck. When I got there they dragged me out of the car and into the padded room, held me down, one with his foot on my face, another twisting my arm behind my back, yanked my belt off and left. Hours later they took me to the dorm and just left. No one told me any rules. I got in trouble for taking too long of a shower, no one told me there was a time limit. I was the youngest one there and I was fat so I got picked on. I told one of the staff about it, he brought it up at group so then I was a "snitch" which made it worse. I saw 1 doctor 1 time. Looked at a few ink blots, that was it. I will say 2 of the staff were OK but it was still horrible. If you have a troubled child don't take them to inner harbour
