PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST, RAGGEDY establishment! They will RUIN YOUR ITEMS, THEN DENY IT.

I dropped off my comforter for cleaning on a Friday, the woman working behind the counter advised it would be ready for pickup the following Wednesday by 5:00pm. When I went to pickup my comforter on Wednesday it was not at the location, the owner asked me to return the next day. I went back to the business Thursday afternoon to pickup my comforter. When I removed my comforter from the bag it was placed in I noticed several snags and rips all throughout my comforter, which were not visible due to the way the comforter was placed in the bad. I took the comforter back to the place of business only to be told by the owner the damage didn’t occur from his machine. I explained that I’ve only had the comforter for 6 months, those snags were not there when I dropped the item off, to which the owner insisted in his 15 years of business he had never seen snags like that before from his machine. He refused to take accountability for the damage, and only offered to reimburse the $40 fee that was charged for the dry cleaning service.

I’ve attached images so everyone can see the damage that was done to my comforter. Save yourself the money and hassle and go to a trustworthy business, not a place like that that ruins your items, tries to hide the damage then lies about it.

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Use regular he lost an 80 dollar polo shirt and never even offered to make it right hope he does not lose your clothes also

Ruined my daughters prom dress by sewing the strap backwards then wanted to refuse to fix it. I wouldn't trust anything this place. Owner, Victor, was very rude. He even tried to say i was wrong about the dress. Dropped off the dress at the villa rica location but had to drive to douglasville and sit and threaten not to leave before he would work on it. Had to give them 1 star to submit comment but wouldn't even give him that. Beware if you use them for any special occasion alteration

My clothes were to be ready on 3/19 and weren't (Villa Rica store). I picked them up on 3/21 and the mgr. (Lisa) told me that an employee at the Douglasville store had a miscarriage and they didn't even know she was pregnant. That was why my clothes were not ready and that I should have compassion. I calmly said that compassion goes both ways. She raised her voice and continued to say that I had no compassion. She then said that I should go to another cleaners (3 times). She did finally apologize that the clothes weren't ready when promised but went on to say again that I should find another cleaning service. She handled this situation in the worst possible manner and showed the new employee she was training how to lose customers. I shall not go there again and will report her and the company to the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. All she needed to say was, I apologize for the delay and leave it at that. She took the situation to a level that was uncalled for. Lisa showed a lack of customer service skills as well as compassion. She also violated federal and state HIPPA laws by telling me confidential medical information about an employee. Shame on Lisa and V's Cleaners for hiring her as a manager.
