—Joe really is a very good guy . he did everything to make me and my husband happy with our car we bought from him . he never gave up . they worked so hard all of them to me us happy and we are very happy with our car couldnt ask for a better job thanks all of you for the great job.

I was charged for a lot of work that was not done. Had a very bad experience there and the customer service was not good. They did nothing to make up for misleading me about the job. I paid and had to send it back to be redone.

I have been doing business with Sudden Impact for more then 10 years now. I refer all of my friends and family to them for all of their vehicle needs. Joe and his employees are honest, hard working people. It is hard being a small business owner these days, especially when you have people who always want things for free and are willing to bash your good name if you do not give into demands.

Do your self a favor and don't take your vehicle to this dump. They will store your car with the other cars they have packed up their and never work on it. But they will take your deposit.

I picked my vehicle up for the second time,after they had left a piece of molding off of the windshield, and did not secure my front grill. I found a bag of garbage on my leather backseat with beer cans and someone's personal household garbage.. My car seats had white paint on them..the entire experience was very unpleasant

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! U WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH YOUR OUT COME!!!!

Bought a car from here drove it off the lot and the engine light came on it wouldnt pass emisions took it back said they fixed it fuel railed popped off and sprayed gas all over the engine because it was held on with zip ties Do not go here

4-14-10 I actually used this company this morning and they provided prompt excellent service. I had a flat tire this morning and I was going to try and drive my car (less than 2 miles) to their location to get it taken care of. They actually offered to come out to my home (Which they did) and changed my spare tire for me for a great price. The owner Joe and his son Matt were very customer friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for all of your car service needs.
