This is one of my most favorite places to eat. I'm not from Georgia, but every time I go to Douglasville, I make it a point to eat at Johnny Rockets. I just went tonight. The service was great! Our server, Nik, kept us entertained. He kept making sure we had all we needed, and made a point cut up with us about stuff. It was great! The food was wonderful. I really enjoyed myself. My only problem with it tonight is it was so packed that my song didn't play because of all the others playing! I had a wonderful time and hope to go back very, very soon.

The food is good, but the bonus is the CHEAP MOVIE TICKETS.

You can buy one $7.50 Regal Cinema movie ticket for every entree and drink. So, a good, fun meal, and a discount on a movie. How can you go wrong?

We had a great time! Our servers danced, the food was great so were the shakes! Place was lit up and looked very clean!

Great food, clean place, great service! The classic music was amazing, their shakes are sooo awesome We were originally going to grab a snack and go to the movies but then we saw there deal for $7.50 movie tickets and grabbed ourself a great dinner instead.

My kids and I used to go to Johnny Rockets and eat lunch every time we went to the mall. The food and milkshakes have always been terrific, but the service is not as good as it once was. The employees are very slow, they don't check back as often as they should, and half of the time when you are looking for them, you will eventually see them coming back in from smoking outside. I would give them a much higher rating if they would just step it up a bit on the customer service.

I AM USUALLY NOT A COMPLAINER, BUT I AM FOR THIS ONE.I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN THE ARBOR PLACE MALL SINCE IT OPENED, AND I USED TO VISIT QUITE FREQUENTLY. THE OLD MANAGER THAT WAS THERE WAS SO NICE, SHE WOULD ALWAYS WELCOME YOU WITH A SMILE! I DO NOT KNOW WHERE SHE WENT (THE NAME WILL BE DISCLOSED ALTHOUGH I DO REMEMBER IT) BUT I WISH I KNEW. YOU CAN NOT GET A SINGLE WORD OUT OF THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WERE TO LIGHT THEIR YOU KNOW WHATS ON FIRE! ANWAYS...UNFORTUNATLY, I WENT TO THIS RESTURANT NOT TOO LONG AGO AND YOU COULD NOT GET A SINGLE SOUL TO SMILE. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE CRAPPIEST SERVICE BEFORE AND THIS LIES PRETTY CLOSE TO THE BOTTOM LINE. THE MANAGER THAT IS THERE (WHICH HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE SINCE I CAN REMEMBER) IS SO SICKENING TO LOOK AT. HE IS ALWAYS DIRTY, SLOPPY, AND SLOUCHY. HE ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE SMOKE AND HAS THE RUDEST PERSONALITY OF THE BUNCH. IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MEAL, DO NOT COMPLAIN TO HIM (*LIKE WE DID*) BECAUSE HE WILL JUST TAKE SIDES WITH THE SERVERS -OR WHAT NOT. I AM OLD FASHIONED AND "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT". I COULD NOT HELP IT THAT I FOUND A CLUMP (NOT A STRAND) OF HAIR IN MY FOOD. AND NOT ONLY FOR THAT REASON, BUT FOR THE WAY THEY TREAT ME WILL I EVER GO IN THERE AGAIN. YOU CAN HAVE MY WORD ON THAT! I WOULD RATHER RISK EATING AT TACO BELL THAN THERE EVER AGAIN!
