I already posted this on another site, but it was worth posting here also.



I had a minor fender bender. Even though I live in Dallas, GA, a relative highly recommended Gerber in Douglasville, GA. so, I took it there. The folks at Gerber treated me to great customer service. I knew my car was being taken care of too.



They told me how long it would take to repair it and it was finished a day earlier. The night I picked up my car, Steve (I think he was shop manager or something) walked us through what they had done with the car. Ashley told me all the insurance stuff was taken care of and gave me coupons for future service (one was for a windshield repair, which I thought was worth hanging on to.) They both walked me out to make sure I was happy with the work. It's been a while since I've experienced that level of customer service. It was worth the extra miles to take my car there. Thanks Gerber!!
