DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! If I could give them a 0 out of 5 stars I would. My mother ordered me a bouquet of white roses and lilies for my 30th birthday, I was delivered carnations and daisies. When we called to have it fixed they sent a delivery guy to pick up the old bouquet without so much as a warning he was coming and told me that they just cancelled my order since they didn't have the correct flowers to make it right. But yet didn't mention that when the order was placed. When I called and spoke to Cindy who claims to own this cluster of a business she repeatedly raised her voice, interrupted me and acted completely unprofessional. I've never in my life been treated that way as a buying customer. When I reminded her I was a paying customer she said "no you're not your mom in Ohio is." I had to remind her that I am LOCAL TO HER as she is delivering them to me. The delivery guy wouldn't leave my porch until I gave him my flowers. He also stood on my porch smoking cigarettes while my child with allergies was inside. This was the biggest joke. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

Horrible customer service

Will never place an order again!!!!! I ordered flowers for my grandma's birthday from Francis Florist in Douglasville Ga. I wanted some place local and I needed same day delivery. I placed my order online and received my confirmation email from the company. Well my grandma never received her flowers. I called the next day to see what had happened, I did pay a same day fee and handling fee, and the florists stated they knew nothing of my order. The first person I spoke with stated ordering online was my first problem because the employees shuffle papers around and lose orders. The second person was not very accommodating either, surprise. She took some information and needed to call me back. I also need to point out that I was not treated like a customer they seemed to think I was making it up. In the end they blamed it on another company they use or something, it didn't make sense. They said it was not their fault and that was it. It may not have been ALL their fault but good way to make sure you have a returning customer. Small town word travels fast. I'm sure the owner(s) have no clue their employees are a joke.
