I have been patronizing Fantastic Sam's practically since they opened their doors and have always been completely satisfied with my hair cut and color. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and their prices are great!

They may cut hair ok, but don't ever let them color your hair! I had my hair so called highlighted...it ended up orange on the top & brown on the bottom. I told the women that I wasn't happy with the color, she said come back the next day & she would try to fix it. I went the next day & spoke to a woman that identified herself has the manager. She said that if I come back at 1:00 that afternoon that she could fix my hair. I told her that I couldn't because my son would be home by 3pm. She wouldn't budge. So I went home & called the corporate office, finally the women called back & said that she was the owner of the salon & if I didn't come in at 1pm that she wasn't "fooling with me" I spent a $100.00 to come out looking worse then I did when I went & I have pictures to prove it! If this is the way she treats customers she won't have a business very much longer!
