My son purchases (via drive thru) two chicken biscuits and an orange juice at least twice a week before going to school. One morning after arriving at school he realized the restaurant had left a biscuit out that he had clearly paid for. I told him to call the restaurant and let them know. My son was advised that he could come back in later and they would give him his biscuit. When he did return later in the week they asked for his name and checked it against a list. Because his name was not on this so-called list of people who had called in; the manager in charge did not want to give him the biscuit. My son still had his receipt and knew the person he had talked to. The manager gave him the biscuit but told him to make that his last time if though he was doing my son a favor. If the restaurant is keeping a list of names then they have a problem leaving items out that people purchase. They should have apologized instead of accusing him of trying to scam a biscuit. Poor Service!
