Ray Brown is the most unprofessional manager I have ever encounter in the auto parts buisness. He changes Autozone policy to suit his mood. He is disrespectful to his customers. Has the attitude that you have to take it his way or go else where. If you challenge him on his attitude or policy he gets rude and tells you to leave his store, or will refuse to wait on you, leaving you to wait on another representive to assist you. I will not spend any money with this store as long as he is the manager.
