I called around town to get pricing for a fairly large group of friends who are coming in this weekend and could have brought considerable business to this store. I was answered with, "We don't do pricing over the phone"-- a big sigh, "I'll try". When I asked for pricing on a fifth--she stated- "I can't see it from here" and would not go look. She was even unable to spell Hornitos. I decided with this type of customer service over the phone, that it wouldn't be worth referring my out of town friends.

This place has a great selection of craft beer and good liquor. However, be forewarned the customer service is horrible. This was my recent experience: I was checking out, and asked the owner to split a payment. He told me I shouldn't make things so complicated and told me to go to an atm. After explaining to him how easy it was he finally agreed to do it. He then jerked my card out of my hand and mumbled curse words under his breath the whole time. He shorted me my change from the cash I used, and then proceeded to tell me and I quote, "f**k you; you can take your business elsewhere." This has been my go to liquor store for well over a year. I will no longer be giving them my business and I hope you won't either.

There is poor customer service. I hope you know what you want and where to find it because you are on your own
