The owner, Mr. Williams, provided prompt, efficient, and reliable service when my washing machine stopped working. I was able to call his office and he fixed my machine within 24 hours! He was polite and professional. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again in the future!

Totally unprofessional company, and bad liers too. Made an appointment through Frigidaire with them yesterday. No call, no show and when I called at 4:48, it went straight to voicemail despite the claim that they are open until 5...guess someone wanted an early weekend? Then when I call this morning to see why no one showed up, the rude woman lied to me and said they didn't have anything for me in their system. I know that's a lie, because I recieved a confirmation email that Frigidaire sends out when contractors accept the appointment into their system. I'm relieved they didn't show up, so I dont have to use their company and give them any business. I honestly won't be surprised if they close within a year with this terrible customer service and unprofessional business practices.

I had a problem with my freezer door not closing completely on a bottom freezer french door frig by Frigidaire. The tech could not figure it out but the owner came out, Mr. Ron Williams, and determined I needed both door tracks replaced. This was not covered by my warranty but he did it for the cost of the parts, which cost about what I would have paid online but he charged no labor. They work great!!

All County Appliance Repair is a very unprofessional company. The owner (Ron) will not honor his word to follow through with getting your appliance repaired. I was assigned this company through my appliance warranty department. This is absolutely the worst repair company ever. My first service call with this company was on 10/2/2012. And now it is 11/9/2013 and appliance is still not repaired. I've been dealing with (Ron) the owner for over 3wks and he has been very unprofessional. He's been telling me for the few weeks that he would repair my unit and haven't yet. I finally had to file a complaint with the BBB against him and his company. So, everyone who reads this review Do Not use this company let your friends and family know about this review as well. Ron should not be in busy if he treats all his customers the way I was treated!!!!! He also will not return any of your phone calls if you try to follow up with him about your repairs. I've tried calling him several times and no one will return my calls anymore because I complained about his service. Beware Do Not Use this Company!!!! I would not give this company any stars but with this website you have to give the company at least one star. Go Figure, this company doesn't rate one star.
