Not much you can say about having your tank emptied... or is there. Arriving on time and calling ahead was a plus. $230 seems quite reasonable for a 1,000 tank in good condition; we paid $145 ten years ago. A. Honey Dipper doesn’t just pump and go; they cleaned remains of scum off the tank walls, stirred up the sludge in the bottom of the tank and inspected it. Service was also aware of my township's pending septic tank maintenance ordinance and consulted me about increasing the height of the cleanout riser. Guess that is why we have used A. Honey Dipper Septic Service since we built our home 40 years ago.

You need to watch them closely while they perform. I was home, but not watching, and they broke a pipe and claimed that it and the baffle were broken and had to be replaced. They never came and got me first, they just did it. Of course the pipe was fine before they started working around the tank, and they were the only ones there; they had to have broken it. WE PAID FOR IT !!!
