I first called on a Monday and asked if they could come out. They were at my house within 30 mins and were friendly. Within minutes, they told me my unit was low on coolant and let me know how much it could cost. Total cost was $275 for everything. The owner himself was there and did the servicing. Needless to say it only took them about 45 mins total. As soon as they left my ac started making this mechanical hum. I called and told them. They said they would be by later. It did stop shortly after so, I called back to let them know. Well later that evening it was still blazing hot in my house. I waited it out and finally called the next day. After several attempts later I finally spoke with the owner and let him know it was still not working properly. He said he would be out to my house later on that day (mind you they are 24/7 business). I waited and waited and guess what...still waiting and its 2 days later. I've left several messages as well and last time I called the voice mailbox is full. Overall, very nice but not worth the time it takes to call.
