Not sure that this animal hospital could ever get accurate negative reviews as they have the most caring vets and vet techs. I would never take my dog anywhere else.

I never leave reviews but I have to for this place. On January 29,2018. I made a appointment for the doctor to check my teacup Chihuahua teeth. But when I arrived they check her and even told me she need a x-ray. That was my baby so I will do anything for her. So I got the x-ray. Then they told me she have heart problems. Let me remind you I had her for 7years,7month,29days and she never had a problem. Her appointment was at 11am, I got home bye 12noon and call them and told them she acting different they told me to call them back bye 4pm to see if she change. I actually pull up to the location with my dog bye 4pm and she was DIED. My dog never had a problem I bought her here and they killed my baby. The sad part about it all is I paid them $240 at 11:30am and she died at 4pm. You wouldn't believe they still charge me $160 to Cremate her. So this vet beat me for $400cash and kill my 3.9pound teacup Chihuahua all in 1day. So for that I leave them a 1star also if they offer you any free drugs for your dog DON'T TAKE IT. I did gave my lil girl a piece and she died. THEY KILL MY DAUGHTER AND THEY WILL GET WHAT'S COMING THERE WAY.....
