When I just called for business hours the person who answered was very pleasant and helpful. They ALWAYS have the hair supplies I need! LOVE FLORAS!!

The store and prices were very fair. I own a barber shop and recently discovered this store, which I had planned on provided them with lots of business. This morning, I made a simple call to request there hours, and the employee who answered was unacceptably rude, hanging up on me before I could finish speaking. I called back to complain, but she conveniently hung up each time. This happened on Sat 9-15 at 11am. Owning a barber shop provides me with many contacts and clients. Negative information about a business via word of mouth can be devistating to a small business. Maybe the staff should learn a little common courtesy and politeness. My comments will reach many people within the hairstyle and barber community.
