FITWALL was designed to incorporate as many muscles in single movements as possible and does it by moving exercise from horizontal plane to the vertical plane. Vertical Training, we offer training programs for professional athletes, young athletes, sports team, etc.Vertical Training as a beginner on the Fitwall you are able to do a movement even though your core may be weak, but as you improve your form your core strength will increase.
