Very informal, employees do not introduce themselves and are unprepared. I went in for an interview and Olga proceeded to "interview me"it lasted 5 minutes. She interrupted me and didn't give me the opportunity to speak out about who I was and my nature of work i've done. I didn't get to interview for the position that I applied nor did I meet with a manager like I was told I would, instead she tried to suggest a different job opportunity which was less than the original offer. She then acquitted me and said she would forward my resume to a college. Overall that setting is not professional and is of little help.
