If I could rate this company any lower, I would. The smoke alarm in one of the units in my community went off for 3 days before this company responded. When an individual from their company comes to finally fix it, I asked how we could deal with it in the future and he proceeded to get very aggressive and proceed to tell me that I could call his office and he would come when he could. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Very unresponsive company. In the case that there was a real fire inside the apartment, they wouldn't respond in an appropriate and timely manner.
