We were in the restaurant Monday at about 3:30, the only people in the place. The table tops I noticed all needed to be wiped down and we had to ask the employee there to clean off the table for us. One of the stalls in the women's bathroom had no toilet paper. The floor was dirty AND sticky, but the most disturbing thing was that there was not only no soap in the women's bathroom---there wasn't even a soap dispenser!
