What a wonderful experience my husband and I had here! We had an emergency and the staff was so accommodating and helpful, the Dr is fabulous, informative and caring. Our dog was so well cared for, and Dr Gosik called us following our visit to check on us and our dog, Jamison, she was very sick until Dr Gosik fixed her up! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a veterinary office for their pet!

I would not bring my pets to this clinic. I have seen the staff handle an animal very roughly while taking X-Rays (using an outdated X-Ray machine that still requires film be developed.) I have heard the staff curse while handling animals, and do not feel that Dr. Gossik is friendly towards people or animals AT ALL. Before you board your animal there, ask to see the facility. I did, and it is all concrete kennels for dogs with roaches crawling on the ground and in the food bowls. I would never leave my dog at this facility. With the outdated equipment, the unfriendly veterinarian, and the harsh treatment of patients - your pet is absolutely not getting the best care when going to this clinic.

I was taking my dogs there to have their teeth cleaned. A new Dr. took over and the prices have sky rocketed. It was no more than $85, which is GREAT! Now they are over $200. My local vets are outragious, and the Ark will loose many patients because of this greed for money. I personally feel it's no longer about the pets, it's about the money. I called one day and got a price, called back to schedule and the prices jumped in the SAME day to over $200. That's not right. Not happy about this. My dogs are my 4 legged kids and I have to take care of them and be able to afford it.

I am looking elsewhere, as I drive about 45 minutes to them. I was referred to Dr. Breaux. I also read the reviews on him and seems to be a GREAT vet, and has GREAT prices. It may be a longer ride, I am not sure, but will do what I have to do.
