Poor Service At Pizza Hut In Dodge City, KS

As one of three Pizza Hut's in Dodge City, all owned by the same franchisee, this one is by far the worst.

In my three experiences with this restaurant, I found the dining room to be messy, the kitchen chaotic, and the help, mostly helpless. They don't offer delivery from this store, which is closest to my home. At night employees rarely answers the phone for carryout orders, so if you're not dining in, you're all but guaranteed to be ignored.

I used to be a big fan of Pizza Hut, but now that Papa John's has opened a local store closeby, I have a much better choice for pizza in Dodge City.
