We love to stop at Cattlemens on our way back from the Bay Area. It is conveniently located right off the freeway.

Made a reservation for Valentines Day for 4:00 p.m. to beat the rush. Asked for a quiet booth and asked for a specific waiter. When we got there, they put up at a noisy table with another waitress. We talked to the hostess who said she had no record of our request even though she was the one who made the reservation for us. I guess she didn't really write all of that down as she told us she had at the time. We were basically told "take it or leave it." Talked to the manager and even told him who we made the reservation with at what she said at the time. He apologized but basically said, "take it or leave it." We left. We won't be back. Would just like to add that we dressed up for this, spent gas money and time. Had planned on steak and lobster. It ruined our entire evening.
