This is one of the worst companies to deal with. They came out and gave us an estimate to install our pellet stove. They said we will email your estimate by the end of the week, two weeks later it finally arrived. I called and made an appointment to have them install the piping for two weeks out on a Monday. The day they were suppose to show up from 11-1 we get a call at 1 saying they forgot to order a pipe and said we will try to get it done by Friday ( which is when I have family coming in). They ignored my phone calls for two days then called today at 5 pm ( now this is the owner) and cussed my 65 year old father out and then told us to f* off. I have never seen or heard such disrespect from anyone.! This happened 2 years ago and I'm still negative responses from the owner.
