I tried these guys after having continued poor service elsewhere in town. The times that I'd had service done at Hoke's, it had been fairly major. On every visit, I had been given a fair price and the work had been done correctly and honestly. In fact, on one visit, the bill was actually less than quoted due to a new part that ended up not being needed.



I did have one issue with the last repair job. A couple days after getting my car back, I found a leak related to the repair that they had done. I drove over to Hoke's to see what they would say about it. This was the first time that I had any problem so I had no idea how they would handle it. They took the car in immediately while I waited and within about 5 minutes they let me know what they found. They said it would take a couple of hours to fix and gave me a ride home. This was right before closing time on Friday afternoon so I didn't expect my car back until some time on Monday. I was surprised two hours later when they delivered my car back to my home and filled me in on the repair. There was no charge and I've had no problems since.



So, I have nothing bad that I can say about Hoke's. Even the leak turned out to be a pinched seal that they couldn't have seen until the leak started. They've been friendly, honest, and even stayed open late to fix my problem. The ride home that they gave me and then having my car delivered to my home was an unexpected bonus, too. I would give them better than 5 stars if I could.
