I took in my 2 - 7
Month old malt/sitz mix puppies for grooming told them DO NOT shave them. Had went in 3 days prior to my appointment and even showed them pictures of the cut I wanted. Went to pick them up and OMG they were shaved. The head groomer said "oh well its to late now", and wouldn't give me my dogs until I paid!! I was so mad i just paid and left, called on my way home and she refused to give me a number to call the owner. They even shaved the boys tail, not sure what they did to him but he walks with his butt turned in like the we're mean to him, now a vet bill
