I reserved a small unit online for 19$ a month. Upon arrival this morning I checked in and gave my ID and credit card to the employee. I recieved my receipt and was charged $26 a month. Not a huge issue, but I had a reservation receipt stating only $19 a month. I then explained that I would not want the unit if it was not $19 a month (as my reservation stated). I was then told I would not be able to recieve a refund. So, in the end, I was overcharged for the unit and they unethically kept my $26.
