It is so nice to have a hardware store back in the neighborhood again. The fellas are very knowledgeable, reminds me of the good old days when customer service came first.

He told me how to fix my own faucet and toilet. I bought the parts from them and Saved myself from hiring a plumber.

Gave it one last try. Went for picture hangars and there was ZERO inventory. Why are they still in business? Very sad...

Horrible, horrible store. Look at the shelves an out of stocks. Just go out of business already. I will not be back. P.s. this is a hardware store not a Halmark. If you can not afford to buy hardware you have no business stocking nic nacks!

Wow! This place was great when it was on kercheval, but is a disaster now. NEVER has anything in stock, except nick nacks. Staff is incompetent . Won't be going back.

This is not your fathers Ace hardware. I keep telling myself I'm not going back but due to its proximity I find myself again and again in that store and disappointed. I don't expect a team of experienced veteran handymen to be working but at least have someone who knows something about home repair. Do not waste your time, they likely don't have what you want and/or if you have questions - they will not have the answer. Go to Pointe hardware or the home depot in Eastpoint. Its worth it...
