Very disappointed in the Service. I just paid them to install a new motor in my vehicle that they charged me a little over $2000.00 for and said I would get a 6 month warranty with. A week after I got it back it was back in the shop about 2 different times as it was leaking coolant. They told me they couldn't find anything. I had to take it to another shop that told me it was the water pump. They told me they would not warranty that as it was not part of the motor. Mind you he sold me a used motor and I was under the impression that if anything went wrong with it he would stand by his work. I am so tired of auto shops not living up to their word.

I received their flyer in the mail and thought I would try it with financing. I was approved for $800 and brought my car in. I love that when they diagnose the problem, they take you in and show you the problem. I did not tell them what I had been told in the past from the dealership but lo and behold, they told me the exact same thing which showed me they knew their stuff. They said I also needed brakes and a tire. The front desk clerk, manager and mechanic were all so kind and considerate. I walked out of Unique with a free front end alignment, free brakes, although I did bring them the warranty brake pads from auto part store, and free tire. God is good as He has blessed Unique Auto Care. Thank you all for being so helpful and on point with repairs.

My fiance took our car in for ac recharge, prior to then the car ran perfectly with minimum air. Within a hour of her leaving our radiator went out, a radiator I just replaced less than 90 days ago, with receipt. Radiator has large hole in it. When I call to inquire about it I got a extremely extremely extremely rude women who of course stated they had nothing to do with it and they didn't even touch it, I find it extremely odd they refunded her her money, an the AC didn't work when she left their. Seems kind of odd to refund someone money an tell them they can't fix something there trained to fix, but didn't reveal nothing about the new damage they did. Let's be honest how likely is it that your car breakdown right after u leave the shop, in the exact same area they worked o???? I would stay ffar away from these criminals as possible and well be seeing them in small claims court.

this is by far the best place I've ever had my car serviced. very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. what ever problems they find they take you back to the shop area and not only do they show you they explain everything that needs or should be done. wont try to get over on you and do something that's not needed. had a service quoted for my car at 3 shops and this one was by far the best. they have a customer for life and I'm going to highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

I went to Unique Auto Care to get my exhaust and engine misfire repaired. They worked hard to find the most effective way to fix it with as low cost to me as possible. They did the job just right and charged me 1/4 of the estimates that several other places gave me!! Thank you guys!!!

GREAT place and HIGHEST recommendation !!!

Last week I took my car to be fixed, I thought it was going to cost a lot, they check out the car and their prices were so reasonable and very honest. They even showed me what the problem was. When finished, they gave me back the old parts. I thought it was going to take all day; I was so surprised they finished it the same day. They even dropped me off to the Mall while I was waiting, and then picked me back up when the car was ready. They were very friendly. I definitely highly recommend them! I took my car in for what I thought was one thing but turned out to be another. They discovered the problem and fixed it in a very short amount of time. Friendly customer service and excellent professionalism. I will definitely take my car there again if I experience any other issues.

Today I went in to get my tire rods fixed and was very pleases with the price and costumer serviced I received. My car now rides like brand new and I have a lifetime warranty. Thank you so much.

Today, I went in to get my tire service and I was very impress with the service I received. I would like to point out a few reason as to why I would recommend Unique Auto Care:

1) The gentleman that service my car tried to repair my tire at a saving cost to me....trustworthy.

2) The shop is very, very clean...well kept.

3) The repair price was very reasonable...fairness.

4) The gentleman at the customer service desk is knowledgeable, respectful and polite...Customer service rate= A+.

Since I came up with the mind set that I wanted to add certain things to my car. I have been going to U.A.B because thay give you quotes that u can't beat. Cool people and great customer service. If you are looking for a shop to take care of your ride, and possibly add extra stuff without breaking your pockets than go to U.A.B and talk to Chuck or JR

I blew my speaker out and they replaced the speaker and installed it for a reasonable price. Will come back for other work on my car.

A shop you can trust

My friend has been taking his cars to Gus (the owner) for over 6 yrs. He recommended Unique auto care to me because I was taking my car to a mechanic that recently retired. I met Gus, a very nice and trustful man, a year ago and been going there since. I trust Gus because he does not and will not do repairs unless you absolutely needed to. He or his sons will never push to make a sale; they always make an honest recommendation and a time line on when the next things should be replaced. This is the place to go for your mechanical repairs. I always felt like family when am there. I give Unique auto care my highest recommendation.

Went to Unique Auto Care for the first time, and will never go elsewhere from now on for any other car services I need in the future. I got a car starter installed for my Honda CRV. Although, I didn't make an appointment and they were very busy when I got there, they accommodated their schedule to get the starter installed. It barely took an hour, and they have a nice, spacious waiting area for customers. They were very quick, efficient, and gave me the best quote in town. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff who makes it evident that customer satisfaction is their priority! They made sure I understood how to use the remote starter by demonstrating how it works, and answered any questions I had. I Highly recommend UAC to everyone for all their car needs.

The Best shop ever

I came to their shop with an estimate from another shop about 3 months ago. The other shop recommended many new front suspension parts. So, I showed them the estimate and not only they gave me a much better deal, they explained and showed me why some of the parts the other shop recommended did not need to be replaced. I saved so much money, i was so happy, and my car still runs good, and am going there tomorrow for oil change and i also need one used tire. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest family owned shop. Gus and Jr are the best. :)

Best auto care shop in Detroit. I've got everything done at the shop with no complaints. Very friendly and helpful the whole crew is a great bunch of guys who will not take advantage of you. Any work you need done they can do it if not they will recommend you to someone else but more than likely they can do it.
