This would be a 0 (ZERO) star if possible! I used these people thru Copart as a broker. I purchased a truck from Copart on 8-2-16 and paid these people on 8-3-16 and as of today 8-19-16 I still do not have my title for my truck from these people when they recited it from Fedex on 8-8-16. I contacted Copart on this they sent me the tracking # they sent my title to Superior Motor Group and they received it on 8-8-16. I have called them 3 times and they told me they had not received it when they had. Once I started yelling at them and let them know I had talked to Copart on the title and had the tracking # and they had it on 8-8-16 they all of a sudden found my title.

After them sitting on it for over 10 days I had to fill out a bunch of BS paperwork that they sent me blank not once but twice and could not even fill it out. They gave me the COMPLETE run around on it! WORST customer service EVER!

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! You have been warned!
