HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!! They talk a great customer service game but fail to deliver the service. They had our car, mind you not the greatest car in the world, but it works well as daily transportation to and fro work. I told them what I thought the problem was as well as the symptoms. They asked me to authorize time for them to investigate the vehicle, and I did. I authorized $200 bucks with the understanding that it may possibly be less. After about three days or so, go figure, I CALLED THEM to find out how things were going. The guy answering the phone tells me "we didn't do a repair but, we cant get it to experience the same symptoms as you described". He said "we test drove it on our normal test route and cant get it fail anymore. We will keep it overnight and cold start it and test drive it in the morning to see if we get a different result". Two more days go by....... I CALL THEM AGAIN. The guy answering the phone says " I didn't show the symptoms today on the test drive, but we want to try it again in the morning." So another day passes and, you guessed it, I CALLED THEM AGAIN and the guy answering the call says, "we cant get it to fail, so we think its okay to pick up.

We pick the car up and do not get a 1/4 mile away and the same thing happens that we put it in the shop for. Now we feel really cheated.

The shop people miraculously happen to be behind us as the vehicle breaks. NOT A COINCIDENCE. The shop tows it back to their shop and claim to look it over again. This time they only have it a week and come back to us and say (same guy)- "the vehicle cant be fixed, if we get more into the repair, it will cost more than the vehicle is worth, the vehicle is horribly unsafe and wont make it to your house. I called a guy who will buy it from you for $350 cash, just bring the title up and clear out your stuff."

NOW TO TODAY- NOTE THE CHANGE IN ACTIONS FROM ABOVE.

TODAY the guy who answers the phones and runs the front of house tells me, after I asked why the car is all of a sudden so unsafe. "The car is about to fall apart and is totally unsafe... It is so unsafe that we wouldn't let our technicians drive it on the road." I asked, Didn't you tell me last week that you test drove the car multiple times to ensure it was not experiencing the failure that it was brought here for. He said, No- it was to unsafe to drive.

AFTER COLLECTING MYSELF- I went to the shop and replaced a fuse (I learned of this fuse from internet forums last night) while I had it parked on the street in front of their shop and drove the car home with no issues.



GOOD PEOPLE ON THE SURFACE, BUT EVEN BETTER LIARS!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL SANTORO AUTO WORK FOR ME OR ANYONE THAT I KNOW IF I CAN HELP IT.



I ONLY WENT THERE BECAUSE OF BOB THAT WAS AT REN CEN AUTOMOTIVE IN DETROIT. THEY ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT BOB AND HIS TEAM WERE. DONT GO TO THEM... DONT GO TO THEM.... DONT GO TO THEM......
