This is a fantastic opportunity for women and their children to learn, grow and develop healthy sober life skills. The staff is proactive and genuinely concerned with the treatment of addiction and the wellbeing of it's clients. As an intern I am learning valuable lessons in how to understand the positive role a substance abuse counselor can make in someones life. I am honored to be part of this program to enrich the lives of women in being coming self reliant and active participants in their own lives again. I am learning different avenues that not only help them to grow but lessons that can also be used in the lives of others in need.
