Ima (pronounced ee-ma) has been serving Detroit-style noodles since 2015. Udon noodles served in deeply flavorful pork-free broths, with an abundance of fresh vegetables and an array of unique garnishes remain a customer favorite alongside an large menu of signature ramen and noodle soups. Housemade dumplings, rice bowls and a large selection of shareable plates, such as spicy Ahi Tuna and fried chicken bites are found alongside a curated list of beer, wine cocktails and sake. Vegan and gluten free options are clearly labeled on the menu.
