The person was available when I needed him urgently. But he took a lot of money and two days later the refrigerator is still not working!!

2 years ago we bought a used washer and dryer from them and all was well. Our dryer died, so we returned to them to purchase a new one. Sam, the person we dealt with, was rude, condescending, and obnoxious. I asked if he would have someone clean up the dryer we had selected, and he said it was going to get dirty again because it was raining, so why clean it. Duh, how about I don't want your dust in my house. It took several minutes for him to agree. There had been an apparent miscommunication about the price between him and my husband. He pretty much called my husband a liar about what had said. I could go on, but we decided not to bless him with our blessings, and we're taking our money elsewhere. Not a nice experience.
