I think harolds place is a real top notched hair salon every day that strive to make sure that you salon experience is an excellent experience

When visiting a salon you expect to recieve great customer service. However at this salon, I was very turned off my very first visit! I will not be visiting again!



Management needs to really get the salon together. It has potential

Not professional at all... They need to work on the customer service at this salon! Its Not good at all..

I was skeptical about going to another salon seeking a new stylist. But all my fear were melted away the moment I heard the professional voice over the phone. The Front Desk was very knowledgeable about the products and services the salon uses. She answered all my questions. After I made my appointment, I felt really confident in this place. The night before my appointment I received a confirmation call ! A confirmation call ! When I entered the salon for my appointment I was great with a smile from the very same young woman who made my appointment. She and escorted me to my stylist. From their I was introduced to the sexiest assistant I've ever seen, who turned out the be the owner son (Yes ladies, he's 20 and legal. )After reciecing the best shampoo of my life, I received a deep conditioner under the dryer, which is STANDARD ! Another assistant blew dried my hair and my stlit was ready for me. She had the best personality and showed me the products she was using on my hair. When she finshed styling, she took back tot the front desk and showed me the products she wanted to me to purchased and use at home. I was beyond impressed ! I paid for my products and services (by the way I received a 1st time discount ! Yeah)I even recieve a gift back with hair care samples in it and a brochure about their salon polices. I was so impress, I booked standing appointment for the next year. I truly recommend Harold's Place to anyone who wants professional services. And did I mention I wasn't in the salon all day long !They has me in and out in 2 hours. I LOVE HAROLD'S PLACE !
