and i thought it was just myself and my hubby who thought that this Sylvester Mckintosh was getting by on us!! We took a home from him and then moved within 1 month because he had pests and it was the worst of the worst...i called around to law offces to take him to court because he let us move into a home with BED BUGS thats rite BED BUGS i thought that they were a myth until i moved to his property..all i know is that my whole family was gettin bitten up but we didn't know by what until we went to the dr and they told us...he said they musta been there already and did NOTHING!!!! I moved outta there so...quick and left everything there he had no remorse for myself or my children...He is not what your're lookin for unless you're just totally desperate...i thought it was just me who went thru this....thanks for reading this info is benefical!!!!!

hell no If You are planning to rent from Syl Mckintosh please think twice!! This company is by far one of the worst EVER!! Don't consider him for a landlord this company global investments and appraisals are full of Sh*t!!! Look around and see what you can find before taking one of his properties he will accuse of things that are not true...He's nothing but a vulture looking for a dummy to prey on.,,,!

IF YOU RENT FROM SYLVESTER MCKINTOSH YOU WILL BE SORRY WHEN YU MOVE!!! WHY?? OK LET ME GO INTO DETAIL FOR THIS ONE!!! 1ST I RENTED A HOME FROM HIM WHICH WAS NOT EVEN PUT ALL THE WAY TOGETHER BUT BECAUSE OF HIS PROMISES TO REPAIR THE THINGS I ASKED OF HIM I STILL TOOK THE HOME MOSTLY BECUASE OF THE SIZE AND THE AMOUNT OF ROOM BECAUSE WE ARE A FAMILY OF 5. SO THE FISRT NITE THERE AFTER MOVING ALL THE WAY IN I CALLD HIM FOR MY MONEY BAK BECAUSE I SAW THAT BED BUGS WERE THERE ALL OVER THE PLACE IT WAS LIKE THEY SMELLEDTHE FRESH BLOOD AND THATS WHEN I WENT CRAZY I STAYED THERE FOR A FEW MONTHS SAVING MY MONEY TO MOVE AND WHEN I DID SAVE ENOUGH I TOLD HIM I WAS MOVING KEEP IN MIND THAT THE BASEMENT STAYED WET!! UNDER THE SINK STAYED WET! THE HOUSE SMELLED LIKE MILDEW...THE WATER DAMAGED SEVERAL OF MY BELONGING INCL. PS3 REMOTES A TV AND CLOTHES TO NAME A FEW OK SO WE TOLD HIM WE WERE MOVING HE OFFERS ANOTHER HOUSE..SO WE TOOK IT BECAUSE HE OFFERED LOW MOVE-N THAT WAS A MISTAKE THIS HOME HAD SIMILAR PROB. WITH THE LEAKING WATER AND SOME OTHER RED IN BLACK BUGS AND THEY WERE ALL OVER THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOME LOOKING TO GET IN AND I DO MEAN ALL OVER SUCH AS LIKE A THOUSAND ON THE OUTSIDE AND ATLEAST A HUNDRED ON THE INSIDE. AND THIS LANDLORD DIDN'T NOT CARE AT ALL SO OFCOURSE IT WAS TIMETO MOVE SO ONCE I MOVED HE CALLS BCK AND SAYS HEY YOU TOOK MY HOT WATER TANK AND FURNACE...COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND IGNORE HIS POSTS FOR HOMES.!!!!! HE IS A SLUM LORD!!!! HE WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE!! FOR SURE..IF YOU'VE RENTED FROM HIM PLZ COMMENT...AND LET PPL KNOW YOU'RE OWN PERSONAL NITEMARE
