after sein rate and wondering why I now see not to pick this hall and his attitude didcome of it's all about the money not about how to make the customer happy I was planning my 50th birthday party then I was telling him I was comparing prices he didn't want me to pick the others he said they might be holes in the wall hall but after comment I keep my money

This is by far the worst experience of my life. If you need a banquet hall for any reason this is not the place for you. The guy who owns this place comes off as a nice guy but once money in hand, he tries to take over your event. You are not allowed to do anything. I had a caberet there for my birthday and it was awful. The owner wants to watch the door and examin everyone who comes in...which you probably say thats ok he owns the place. Well he turned away all of my guest. He let all the women in and all the men were sent away for various reasons. No gym shoes are allowed. Thats fine but my guys were wearing rockports and he still would not let them in. He harassed a lot of the guest that were coming in and basically wanted to do a strip search. It's one thing to check for weapons but it is another thing to harrass people in the process. He also wanted to control the kitchen. You were allowed to fry chicken but not allowed to fry french fries (does that make since). He kept coming in the kitchen to see what we were doing, how we were doing it. Who wants someone watching over there shoulder like that. We paid to rent this hall. Then he had the nerve to want something to drink out of my pocket. Hell I should get some of my money back for him turning away all of my guest. Just know I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I hope you take my advice and rent somewhere else.

I went 2 a cabaret @ the Fiber Glass Estate & was greatly disappointed. 1st: parking lot is 2 small. People got blocked n because the lack of room. I didn't feel safe with the security that I seen. Security should b seen & able 2 protect u, if need be. No fries with wings how stupid, stupid rule. Who dont have a digital camera? Camcorders was allowed but no cameras. If I want 2 share moments with my fam & friends, y do I have 2 pay $10 a picture when I have my own camera & I don't want 2 use the backdrop. Every1 knows the best picture is when u catch some1 off guard. I was also upset with the foul disposition that the owner had. Me, my sister and her fiance walked n 2gether. Her fiance left & was let back n the hall. Y an hour after we were there, the owner said her fiance had 2 leave. R u kidding me? He had 2 leave because he had on gym shoe, the same shoes he was let in with 2 times. My sister lost $ & so did her fiance because there was no refund. It should have been on him 2 provide refunds because HE turned people away. I had my best friend come up there so I wouldn't have 2 leave. The elderly security guard pointed @ his shoes. I told him, "Those aren't gym shoes!" He looked again, let him past & said, "There has been a lot of guys coming with these kind." as he pointed at the shoes. He would have been turned around 2. There were a group of guys with these shoes that were turned around. It was 7 guys. That was $70 @ 1 time that the owner turned away, cause he don't know today's fashion. & lastly, y was he at the door? He received his $$ n advance. If he wants 2 b @ the door of his club, he @ least need 2 b up with today's fashions. He never told her that he was turning guests away. It is very said, that $$ was wasted renting this hall because you know how your great-granddad wants as least amount of people and noise. He ruined three birthday parties. Yes at the FIBER GLASS ESTATE YOU WILL HAVE AN UN-HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Great-Granddad it's time to retire!!!!!!

I would not recommend this hall to the devil, Mr. Vincent turned away majority of the men attending my cabaret so once entered you would have thought it was a party for women, and then on top of it if you want to take pictures you have to buy out the picture guy in the amount of $500 and you are not certain to make any money out of all the years i have threw a cabaret this is the worst experience ever. Mr. Vincent do not care if you dont make any money because he already go his money. So if you rent this hall please take hed to my warning. And a another thing you cant fry french fires but you can fry chicken what since do that make. You pay $700 to rent the hall and I only made $120 because he turned away alot of people especially if you wear gym shoes. So if you are looking for a place to rent go to the Marine Corp Hall on Joy Rd, W of Schaefer, Marine Jackson is the coolest man you can ever meet. If you are looking for rules and stipulations on your party that you pay for go to the Fiberglass, if you want a relax environment and you can have your party your way, go to the Marine Corp Hall and ask for Marine Jackson let him know a loyal customer referred you.
