Read alot of reviews, but didn't have problems with them. Good company and got me a house even with my bad credit.

Absolutely horrible company preying on the less fortunate.Do yourself a favor and do a little research first, there ARE better options! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH.

This company claims to help you become a homeowner but set you up for failure they buy the home for $2000 sell it to you for $15,000 plus fees and never pay off any taxes then let home go into foreclosure and buy back after you paid them over thousands plz run run fast

they are rip off,because they do not pay the taxes on their property

Total waste of time the houses they have are all run down not worth the money/time at all if you want to spend $15000 on a house that they paid $1 for then this is the place for you.
