The people were very professional and helped me relocate and move with no issues. I highly recommend.

Run, don't walk from these people. They have marginal ethics and are difficult to work with. They refuse to back down from the reports of their subcontracted "professionals" despite being presented with contradictory information from professionals such as contractors and licensed inspectors (Brookfield claims that no one else can stand up to their high standards). When pushed on their illogical requirements, they resort to threatening other professionals that I worked with, but with whom they had no contractual relationship with (my realtor). If your job gives you these guys, beg for someone else.
