I have been living in Bonnieview since the big changes back in 2015. Not only is Ms. Adams (the leasing manager) the best, but she is understanding. Apartments are updated. Great closet space. The grounds look amazing! From the landscaping to the pool everything looks great! Only downside in no more fence surrounding the complex. I cant speak for all the other buildings, but the people in my building are great. We look out for each other.

Ms. Rochelle ROCK'S the Bonnieview apartments was my 1st apartment and she was very helpful and patient. I could not have chosen a better place to stay for me and my family.

ALLtimate Property Management just took over and things are going to change!

These apartments are the worst. People homes get broken into and mrs mean muggin leasing office lady don't care . They never fix nothing ceilings cave in roof needs fixing, basement walks crumbling pool is a bacteria dump. Pot holes every where people break in your car. The leasing office just got broken into. Ain't no security no play space for kids. Wall paper tore off walls broken windows, leasing lady was dating a maintance man everybody knew it she hangs and talk to the ghetto guys who live there she rude and mouthy. Fencing broke paint on walls cheap and chip. This place is just f d up some need to close it down.

first off maintance get paid for nothing because they dont fix nothing until a unit is cleared , second the pool thats an eye sore cuz you cant use the nasty thing. washers hardly work and its two per two buildings, the driveway is pothole city,

I am new to the complex but can't say enough good things about the staff and place. The management was very professional and very helpful. I feel very safe here and my children love the pool

I highly recommend these apartments!! I love the people here, very caring and helpful. The apartments are a good size and its only $495 a month which includes water and heat.
