Professionalism is an area of improvement needed. This gentleman doesn't communicate well. We set a date for the work to be completed. I called the night before to confirm the date. He tells me I'm not on his calendar for that day. Further more he needed a deposit to start the work and set the appointment. (Either Stated When We Spoke) Now I didn't have an issue giving a deposit. If this was your process make that clear. I wasted a week of valuable time waiting for you. Ask him about this review. Unprofessional!!!

The service we prompt and very professional. They cleaned up after the job was complete. And the price was right. I highly recommend.

horrible job ...most of the blocks were missing silicone ..many gaps ..if you hire this guy you better look close and you will see gaps going outside and crooked joints and just pure shoddy work.....

Been using big blocks for over four years for all my new construction and remodeled homes. Service is impeccable, turn around time is great and Charles answers any questions I have for him. Big Glass Block is an amazing company. I hired them to do some windows for my mothers home. They were very professional and very prompt on returning messages and my mom loves the windows and be be getting some work done soon. Terrible service! After waiting, calling, and late appointments and no shows, I had to asked Charles for a refund and threaten to cancel service. That's when the work was finally completed.

My home was broken into a few days after Christmas and I called this company late in the day they came out and fixed my window the same night I think they did not leave until about 11 pm at night but I really appreciated there work and professionalism. I hope not to have to use them again but if I have any other issues I will call Detroit Big Blocks for sure.

Best prices - saved $300 total on two houses. Charles did a good job and helped with some extra stuff too. It went well except for a few small issues like missed and late appointments plus several phone calls were needed to actually get the job done. Amazing what a difference the windows make compared to the old style!
