I love your show and I watch it every chance I get, it is very sad,when people you trust defy gravity keep up the good work and tell it like it is, people are retarted, love ya, Tina Po box 3181 Paterson, NJ 07509

I understand that pawnshops job is to make a profit but these crooks are greedy and should be prosecuted. Most pawnshops negotiate to make 33 to 50% over the value of the merchandise but these scam artist make sometimes upwards of 10x more on items they've paid for whether the customer pawned or sold it. I actually saw where Les bought an old scale for $100 then sold it for $1000. The majority of people that go to pawnshops are either down on their luck and need fast cash and this family of cons know this , and use some customers desperation to fatten their own pockets and basically scam them with remarks of how hard it'll be to resale or how long it may sit on shelves which is not the customers fault due to the fact that bought every item in the store anyway. So why should customers get lowballed or punished because they obviously under bidded then over priced those said items. The problem is Les, Seth and Ashley life would feel amiss if they couldn't double,triple or quadruple their profits. Those customers that come to buy jewelry should just forget it. Do you honestly think this family are gonna be honest about the real market value of gold or diamond's? They'll tell you the diamond's are kind of irrelevant, the value is in the gold, its weight. But do they specify that different karats of gold fetch different prices? 9 times out of 10, I guarantee you that these hustlers are paying 10 karat price's for your 14, 18, or 24 karat gold which is a big difference in the amount you should get. They're definitely not about to take a lost on merchandise they've lied to get. Going to this store would be like having a one night stand and finding out later you have contracted a disease. Fun at first, regretful later and on your mind all the time wishing you wouldn't have done it and promising yourself you'll never do it again. Well, save yourself the heartache. Don't go their. Sell or buy your things at a legitimate business with courteous sales people, warranties and return policies that are very clear. Les needs to sober up and try working on Vegas. Seth needs to find a guy who will love him and Ashley needs a enema and their show needs to be canceled and their store raided and audited.

This show is 85% staged. So to say a myomere is rude is a mute subject. All acting!

this app is not to review the show. It's to review the actual customer service. If you have not been a customer then don't leave a review here. How is anyone supposed to know what type of actual customer service this store provides if everyone is leaving their personal opinions about the show? If you want to review the show then go to the shows website otherwise, talk about the experience you had as a customer so we know whether or not we want to go here as a customer. I came to this site to find out about the stores service and there's only two actual reviews. Duh, people!

Went to the store Saturday 22nd Feb 2014 and what a waste of time. After browsing the crap & i do mean CRAP they have on offer, I can honestly say that i have seen more variety and higher quality at a garage sale. Out of curiosity i asked the price of a pair of headphones, that was after i had to call out for some service, since it seems no one works there, they just pose for camera shots, guy said the headphones were $225.... WHAT!!!!! for a pair of used unboxed headphones ha ha yeah right. OK the store is small, dirty and smells i would recommend that anyone looking for a bargain go to a thrift store or garage sale for a better deal, this place is just nasty.

Love your show and Love your family. Tell me what family gets along all the time especially if they work together. You go guys. Love you. Keep building your business to be bigger and better.

i think it's funny that people leave bad reviews because they watched the TV show... are you that gullible? I live in Detroit and i KNOW this place sucks! It's not like the show. It's a pawn shop. In detroit. Get a hint people. America is in sorry shape....

I like your show very much. But seriously Ashley is so rotten and spoiled she ruins it sometimes.. you would be better off to pay her to stay home and your business would be better.

I wish his son and daughter would stop nagging their when he wants too buy items that can make a profit on. Example: he made a $4000.00 profit off a car that took three years for a buyer and the son and daughter acted like it was nothing. Look, he owns the place and can do whatever he wants period.

I watch the show everytime it is on and love it. I think Les has done a great job of building up a great business. the thing is people that come into a pawn shop do not have to leave their stuff,they chose to do so and the shop has to make money on the product so get it for as little as possible. I use to go to the pawn shops all the time and am in shape enough I do not need to do that anymore. As far as Seth, I think the old man needs to lay him off for awhile until he can act like a son and not a boss. If I ever talked to my dad like he does I wouldn't be standing very long. Ashley can be a bit agrivating sometime but she does have a good mind for business.
