The hours said 8-8 on Sunday so I called and the guy said that the computers were down and had to call me back in a few minutes which was alright. Well after hanging up I never got any phone call back. Well I decided to call him back and no response until the Monday morning. The guy apologized which is understandable things happen. After telling him what I needed done he said he had the glass in stock so we set an appointment up for after lunch at 1. I waited for the phone call cause he said he was going to call me. Well I had to call him back and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. After I jogged his short term memory he said he didn't have the glass in stock and didn't know when he was going to get it in. Very disappointed I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

The team came out and saw to my repairs quickly and competently. They did an excellent job fixing my windshield and their price was less than half that of Safelite. I highly recommend them.
