In 1996, McGuire's second location in Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment. You will find the same 'Turn of the Century New York Irish Saloon' feel in the 500 seats of the Destin Pub. And if you'd like to enjoy a view of the harbor - step upstairs where another 150 seats await you on The Deck; a great place to enjoy dinner and enjoy the nightlife with some of the best bands around! We are open late night until 2am every day of the week.In 1996, McGuire's second location in Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment. The food here is great! Especially the sushi side. The Reuben egg rolls are to live for! I went with a few coworkers for lunch, and the service was fast and friendly.

4 stars for a fun and festive place. So far, the only thing I've tried is the Senate Bean Soup (not low carb or carbworthy). The dish was lackluster and not exciting. This could be due to the recipe itself, which seems to be a classic recipe. I'm making sure to try other exciting items from the lunch diet menu or grilled steaks/seafood. I expect I'll like those much better to recommend.I'm a foodie, and cooking is my hobby. Since I've found a low carb dry bean to cook with, I've become particularly critical of all other bean dishes. For us lowcarbers, the food must be tastefully "carbworthy" to breach our daily allowances!!!Having said this, I still say McGuires is worth a try. Beware of festive events i.e. St. Patricks Day if you are wary of crowds!!!

A Local and Tourist favorite! McGuire's Irish Pub, the name and atmosphere go hand in hand. Upon walking in you are greeted by "the hostess" wearing traditional 1800's Irish clothing. Adults can enjoy many great beverages including an Irish Wake or McGuire's own homemade Stout. Many wonderful Irish dishes are on the menu from Sheppard's Pie, Corned beef and cabbage, to sausage, seafood & steak. The price is fair choose something extravagant like The Grand Burger priced at a whopping $100.00 or the deliciously simple Senate Bean Soup for just 18 cents! Between the atmosphere, walls lined with autographed One Dollar Bills (all done by previous guests) or the eye enchanting gift shop McGuire's is definitely a place to visit while on the emerald coast!
