Considering how great Eternal Rest Funeral Home's services began, I would've never imagined the conclusion. We paid for services that were not provided, promised things that did not happen, assigned a family car that was in such desperate need of repair that a replacement car had to be provided at the end of the service, were late arriving to the site due to the car being extremely late, and have received NONE of the compensation they promised for the lack of quality and service. Sherri's obituary creations and the pastor who graciously presided over the service with very little time for preparation was the most memorable part of my dad's homegoing service.
