I live here in California and need a quick arrangement sent to my dear friend in Cedar Hill for her retirement. I have never been the "800" flower purchaser - the transition charge is steep and you really never know what will be delivered. I called DeSoto Florists and had the most wonderful service from Kathy! I was looking for something exotic that looked extra special for my friend's milestone vs. a typical bunched bouquet that anyone can do. Kathy nailed it! Not only did she get it delivered the very next day, it was way beyond my expectations for the budget I wanted to stay in. My friend (who really knows her flowers and plants) said it was gorgeous and so different! I would highly recommend DeSoto for personalized service and meeting your requests.
