Mr. Tow, made numerous false statements and were dishonest with me since the onset, unfortunately he got caught in the deceit, lies and dishonesty and loss of trust.



He quote was based on preying on the urgency of the situation and a markup of at least 65%.



revised quote for basically performing an installation of a new clean out of $12,000 was nothing more than being a thief, greedy and against any normal charges for what this scope entailed, no plumbing services I contacted came remotely close to your greediness.



In your business card shows the company’s values, sadly your company does not follow any of these values.



Despite you starting the project you continue to refuse to provide a copy of our agreement which points again to your unprofessional behavior.



I would never recommend your company to anyone, as Mr. Tow is a liar, dishonest, unprofessional and not trustworthy at all.

Plain and simple. They did not only beat the competitors pricing, but they did an amazing job installing my new water heater. They know their stuff and even took the time to inspect the rest of my plumbing for concerns/issues. I highly recommend them!
