My truck had been experiencing noise from an unknown source and was impossible to pin point without some sort of help. The people of Rosemont Autobody listened and heard everything I had to say. We had a good conversation, making sure to ask me questions to clarify, and being able to find out what was the problem before even having my truck up on stands.

I ended up needing a new U-joint, and after finding out, I did my own research of what other shops would charge of parts, transportation, perhaps extra fees, thankfully, Rosemont Autobody wanted me to have my vehicle back in a reasonable time and never beat around the bush. The cost of the part, time being worked on, simple and finished.
