I arranged a party bus with M&M Limousine for my son's birthday for him and his friends to go from my home to a haunted house and back. When the party bus arrived, it smelled like alcohol and marijuana plus there was trash left in the party bus. This was a horrible influence for my son and his friends and presented a COVID risk. I paid a high rate for this service and I'm shocked and outraged over this experience.

Great Buses, Amazing Drivers, Great Communication with our group. Another hidden Jem in Chicago Bus Lines. This is a quality bus service with 1st class drivers and equipment. Thank you for a great experience!

I usually don't write reviews but this guy is just an unethical business man. Do not waste your money on M& M Limousine Services. I paid over $1800.00 for a luxury limousine bus for an evening party and didn't even get an air conditioned bus. It was 90 degrees and we all melted inside our nice clothes. It felt like a sauna. He didn't include drinks ( he advertised a stocked bar onboard) and he had all the flooring pulled out for some reason showing plywood. It was more like a shuttle. Not what I expected from the pictures on his website. He (Mike the owner) was very rude when I called him about the air conditioning. He said that he had to ask the driver why it was broken to determine if he would give me a discount. Now how would that be my problem? He never returned my call and I left 3 messages. I complained about it to my husband and he pointed out that this company was the same one that had stood me up at Midway airport last year! My scheduled ride was 3 hours late!!!

Driver showed up 15-20 minutes late. There was no 'red carpet roll out', 'just married' sign or decorations like advertised on their website. When leaving the church for outdoor pictures the driver told me we didn't have time to take pictures. We reminded him that he was late getting us, and he needed to make up that time. When we confirmed that I still wanted to take pictures, he drove us there.He then acted like nothing happened saying to take my time. When my bridesmaid handed him the balance due ($195 an hour plus 20% gratuity), the driver said, "what, no tip?" She informed him his tip was included in the balance due. He then said in a rude tone, "Well, if I knew she wasn't going to give me any more money, I would have never stopped for pictures."He then proceeded to get in his limo and squeal his tires out of the parking lot.At $4 a minute, this was ridiculous10 days later, I'm still waiting to hear back from the ownerYou only get married once. Don't waste it on this company.
